Bacon Burger Dogs

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 16 slices bacon
Directions
  1. Preheat lightly greased grill to 350°F (medium setting).
  2. Shape ground beef into 8 thin patties. Form patties around each hot dog and seal edges.
  3. Wrap 2 slices bacon around each hot dog. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Place on top rack of grill/warming rack and grill, with grill lid closed, turning frequently, for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. The bacon will create flare-ups, so don’t leave unattended.
