Smoked Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast (6 to 7 pounds)
- (6 to 7 ounces) Butterball Buttery Creole Injection Marinade
- 1/2 cup of your favorite seasoning
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F.
- Wash turkey well and pat dry. Using a marinade injection syringe, inject turkey breast with 6 to 7 ounces Creole Injection Marinade, one ounce at a time, in several locations over breast. Rub your favorite seasoning over turkey.
- Place on middle rack of smoker and smoke for 4 1/2 to 5 hours, about 45 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
