Alicia's Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 2 limes, divided
- 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
Directions
- Cut each avocado lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Spoon out avocado flesh and place in a bowl.
- Squeeze half of the lime juice over avocado and chop with a spoon so mixture remains chunky.
- Slice Roma tomatoes lengthwise.
- Remove and discard seeds and membranes.
- Chop tomatoes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, red onion and fresh cilantro to avocado and stir gently to mix.
- Pour remaining lime juice over the mixture.
- Add garlic powder and kosher salt sparingly to taste.
