Smoked Six Pounders

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds lean hamburger
  • 2 pounds ground sausage
  • Onion to taste
  • Green pepper to taste
  • Fried bacon pieces to taste
  • Cheddar cheese chunks
  • Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce, if desired
  • Kaiser rolls
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and make six, 1 pound burgers. Add favorite rub, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Take burgers out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before smoking. Smoke until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Serve on kaiser rolls with desired fixings.
