Smoked Six Pounders

Ingredients
- 4 pounds lean hamburger
- 2 pounds ground sausage
- Onion to taste
- Green pepper to taste
- Fried bacon pieces to taste
- Cheddar cheese chunks
- Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce, if desired
- Kaiser rolls
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and make six, 1 pound burgers. Add favorite rub, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Take burgers out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before smoking. Smoke until desired temperature is reached.
- Serve on kaiser rolls with desired fixings.
