Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
  • 1 pound thin bacon
  • Other burger ingredients to taste
Directions
  1. Mix the beef, jalapenos, some shredded cheese and other burger ingredients well. Roll the beef out flat.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over 2/3 of the beef and roll up. Prepare a bacon weave to wrap around the beef log. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Smoke at 225-240 degrees or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
  4. Slice and serve on buns with your favorite burger toppings.
