JJ's Voodoo Beans

Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage (If you like spicy, use hot sausage)
- 3 cans pork 'n' beans (I prefer Showboat brand but any will work)
- 2 cans Rotel (If you want heat, use hot Rotel)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
- In large pan brown the sausage. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer to foil pan and put in smoker at 225-250 for an hour to 1.5 hours I don't recommend using hot sausage and hot Rotel together. One or the other unless you really like spicy foods.
- I actually substitute 1/4 cup of bottled Hell hot sauce for 1/4 cup of the BBQ sauce, but I have to order the bottled Hell hot sauce online and most people don't have it available in their area. I've never found a substitute for the bottled Hell hot sauce. The flavor is very unique.
