Smoked Sausage

Ingredients
- Fresh pork or beef sausage
- Seasonings to taste
- Suggested wood for smoking: Hickory or mesquite chips
Directions
- Place sausage in pre-heated smoker at 150 degrees.
- Smoke for 5 to 6 hour or until the outside casing begin to dry and change to a red color.
