Smoked Sausage

Ingredients
  • Fresh pork or beef sausage
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Suggested wood for smoking: Hickory or mesquite chips
Directions
  1. Place sausage in pre-heated smoker at 150 degrees.
  2. Smoke for 5 to 6 hour or until the outside casing begin to dry and change to a red color.
