Cajun Halibut

Ingredients
  • Relish
  • 1 can (7 ounce) Green Giant Niblets whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ¾ teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • ¼ teaspoons ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • ¼ teaspoons salt
  • 4 halibut steaks (about 6 ounce each)
  • 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoons coarse ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons dried oregano leaves
Directions
  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  2. In small bowl, mix all relish ingredients; set aside.
  3. Brush halibut with worcestershire sauce; sprinkle with pepper and oregano.
  4. Cover and grill fish over medium heat 10-15 minutes, turning once or twice, until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Serve fish with relish.
