Grilled Turkey

Ingredients
  • 1 whole turkey
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ sherry
  • ½ soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup honey
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together for basting. Put turkey on grill in large pan (or on aluminum foil).
  2. Cook turkey one hour per 3 pounds. Keep temperature between 250 degree and 300 degrees.
  3. Baste turkey while cooking, mixing ingredients each time used. (The honey generally settles to the bottom).
