Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
- 1 pound thin bacon
- Other burger ingredients to taste
Directions
- Mix the beef, jalapenos, some shredded cheese and other burger ingredients well. Roll the beef out flat.
- Sprinkle cheese over 2/3 of the beef and roll up. Prepare a bacon weave to wrap around the beef log. Refrigerate overnight.
- Smoke at 225-240 degrees or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
- Slice and serve on buns with your favorite burger toppings.
