Smoked Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
- Favorite dry rub
Directions
- The day before, clean and separate the wings into wingettes and drumettes. Place them in a freezer bag overnight with one bottle of Italian dressing.
- The day of, give the wings a quick rinse in a colander to remove excess dressing. Place the wings in a clean freezer bag and add a liberal amount of your favorite rub. Toss to coat all wings.
- To cook, put the wings in the smoker on high heat, 300-325 degrees. Cook the wings for 1-1.5 hours.
