“DADGUM That ’s Good!”™ Dry Rub

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons ground celery seeds
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- In an airtight container or bowl, combine salt, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, celery seeds, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Use as a rub on chicken, pork or beef, or just sprinkle on meat when grilling. Also, use as a seasoning for vegetables on the grill, in the smoker or steamer.
