“DADGUM That ’s Good!”™ Dry Rub

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. In an airtight container or bowl, combine salt, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, celery seeds, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
  2. Use as a rub on chicken, pork or beef, or just sprinkle on meat when grilling. Also, use as a seasoning for vegetables on the grill, in the smoker or steamer.
