Fried Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 package (12 half ears) frozen corn on the cob, thawed
  • Cajun Injector® Quick Shake™ Seasoning to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oil to 400º F in electric fryer or 350º F in propane fryer.
  2. Fry corn a few at a time in hot oil for 4 minutes, turning once.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Sprinkle corn with Quick Shake™ Seasoning.
