Deep Fried Shark Bites

Ingredients
- 2 pounds shark fillets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 gallon peanut oil
Directions
- Fill ButterballĀ® Electric Fryer to MIN line with peanut oil.
- Preheat to 350 degrees.
- Cut fillets into 1-inch chunks.
- Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
- Slowly add 1 cup water and vinegar. Mix well.
- Dip fish chunks into batter and place slowly into hot oil.
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Makes about 6 servings.
